Classically varietal Sauvignon Blanc although less intense due to it’s earlier picked and moderate credentials. Aromatic nose of lemon, guava and passionfruit complexed with subtle garden herb, light spice and cleansing acidity. Wonderfully flavoursome and refreshingly vibrant and long to finish.
