A lighter and moderate but no less varietal rendition of Chardonnay. Light in colour with
vital aromas of citrus, nectarine and a hint of integrated oak. It’s flavoursome and maintains a nicely creamy texture with a refreshing acid finish. Pair with a classic roast chicken stuffed with thyme and
garlic.
